The 60-Day Journey of a spoon:
* Days 1-30: I begin by shaping and carving the wood, followed by grain raising, burnishing, and mulitiple finish applications. This ensures a tough, smooth finish.
* Days 31-60: This is the curing process, where the spoons are placed on a drying rack in a climate-controlled room. This ensures maximum strength and durability.
Care: Handwash and dry. Maintain wood with mineral oil and beeswax. Our Wood Butter is the perfect blend and can be used on any wooden item whenever the wood looks thirsty.
