Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an unused item, please reach out to us and we can discuss this further.

Custom orders: Custom orders, including white label candles and custom tie-dye, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their personalized nature. If you're unhappy with your custom order, please let us know and we can make a plan of action moving forward to ensure your satisfaction with your items.
