Ice Cream Scoop, Small, Purpleheart

Purpleheart

small scoop,  2" x 1 3/4"

9" long end to end

When first cut, purpleheart appears as a dull grayish-brown, but within days of exposure to oxygen and UV light, it transforms into a vivid purple. Over time, it deepens to a rich chocolate burgundy. Its extreme density makes it ideal for scooping hard ice cream.
