yes, really. sweet maple syrup poured over smoky, savory bacon, with a low curl of backyard bbq smoke underneath. maple leads, smoke follows, and somehow it just works. a weird one in the best way. hand-poured in small batches in york, pa with coconut apricot wax and a crackling wooden wick.
