aged paper, faded ink, and the dry leather of old bindings open this one, warming into polished wood, worn cloth, and a curl of pipe tobacco. amber resin, parchment, and dried vanilla settle in underneath. it smells like the back corner of a shop where the shelves lean and every book has already been somebody's favorite.
13 oz clear glass jar with a gold lid. hand-poured in small batches in york, pa with coconut apricot wax and a crackling wooden wick.
